Your First Session

Many people feel nervous about their first therapy session, which is completely normal. Here's what you can expect:

Plan Together

I'll ask questions to understand your situation, challenges, and goals, allowing me to create a personalized approach for you.

Your Role

You're in control of what you share and how we proceed. There's no pressure to discuss anything you're not ready to talk about.

What You'll Leave With

At minimum, you'll have validation that your feelings are normal, plus at least one practical strategy you can use right away.

Remember, the first session is as much for you to evaluate whether I'm a good fit as it is for me to understand how to help you.
