Are you ready to get prepared before a medical emergency happens?

It is strongly recommended that all elders have a packet of their medical information, important documents and caregiver notes saved in one easily accessible binder.

This checklist will help you create a portable binder of important information to have at your fingertips so you are prepared before you or your aging loved one goes to the emergency room or hospital. Prevent problems later by taking the time right now to put this together.
