  • Explore helpful communication strategies and boundaries tips.

  • Discover how to find & finance long-term services & supports.

  • Learn signs when hiring a caregiver or a move might be helpful.

Thursdays from 6PM to 7:30PM

  • 8 weekly sessions held virtually for adults living in Washington State

  • $75 per session (limited sliding scale availability)

  • Payment may be paid in full or in weekly installments

  • Register by Monday January 6th, space is limited!
